On May 18 the Vareille Foundation welcomed two senior representatives from the London Music Masters (LMM) program to Zurich. LMM Executive Director Robert Adediran (pictured above) and Learning Director Roz DeVile came to visit classes taught as part of our A violin can change the world project and see the participants in action. the London program was one of the main inspirations for our own project, and we continue to exchange information with our LLM contacts, enabling both teams to make the most of our shared experience.

We launched our violin project at Hardau Elementary School and in the Martigny schools in September 2015. Today, three violin teachers from the Zurich School of Music are working with more than 100 students ages four to six.

While our British counterparts were visiting Switzerland, we continued to conduct video interviews and gather images for a promotional film that we will use to raise awareness of our project and expand it to additional schools.
