FOUNDATION PRESENTS VIOLINS TO 59 SIX-YEAR-OLDS AT LE LIGNON SCHOOL WITH PARENTS AND LOCAL OFFICIALS IN ATTENDANCE
Three local partners—Vernier Mayor Pierre Ronget, Geneva Public Education official Isabelle Vuillemin and Philippe Chanon of the Geneva Conservatory—expressed their strong support for the project and its core principles.
The children were both delighted and awestruck as they went on stage to take ownership of their violins.
Afterwards, the audience enjoyed musical performances by two young students from the Geneva Conservatory’s Musimax program and by world-famous violin soloist Alexandra Conunova.
The celebration concluded with a colorful buffet—a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds!
