In May and June we held two separate feedback events for Zurich and Martigny, inviting the teachers whose classes are affected by the project to join us for a meeting and lunch. In both cases, our goal was to get detailed feedback on how the first year went and to do our very best to incorporate teacher comments and suggestions into our project.
It’s clear that our project requires the schools to do some additional work and organizing, and it’s our responsibility to make their load as light as possible. The meetings also gave the teachers an opportunity to share their preliminary feedback and assessments on the project’s academic impact.
All of them were very willing to continue the project next year—which we took as a thumbs-up!
