Violins presented to four-year-olds in Persan

Élodie Luque-Lafon, Principal of the Paul Éluard preschool, welcomes families and project partners

On Friday, December 14, two classes of four-year-olds at the Paul Éluard educational complex in Persan were officially presented with their violins in a charming ceremony at the school, as family members and project partners looked on. French Senator Arnaud Bazin also attended, reminding everyone of the strong support for the project in Persan—the first French city to launch A violin can change the world.

Accompanied by their instructors on violin, the children sang nursery rhymes they had learned in the first quarter of the year and then received their own instruments, to much excitement.

Everyone was invited to come back in June for the school’s year-end concert.
